LOOKING FOR A FUSEBASE ALTERNATIVE?

Fusebase vs. ClientManager

Fluff is nice on kittens. Not client management software.
ClientManager removes the unnecessary extras to help you run your business without the frustrations.

Trying To Choose Between Fusebase And ClientManager?

Do you feel like spending 3 hours comparing features and pricing?

We didn't think so.

So, here's the TL;DR:

Fusebase offers a robust CRM and project management tool for service-based businesses that depend on strong client relationships and smooth project delivery.

It should be on your shortlist if you’re an established team that’s got the budget to invest in a robust solution with a full bag of features, integrations and customization options.

But what if you’re a freelancer or smaller agency looking for a simpler solution? One  that’s got all the features you need to manage your clients and projects more easily and effectively right off the bat?

In that case, you might want to try out ClientManager first.

Or, try both options for free and see which one you prefer.

Seriously, you’ve got nothing to lose.

(Other than a few hours you would have spent reading rambling reviews, and getting sucked into the Youtube vortex).

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a solopreneur or a business owner managing a bigger team, we’re betting you’re truly only looking for ONE thing in a CRM:

A way to simplify your life.

…So you don’t have to curl up in a fetal position when you see yet another meeting added to your calendar or the zillionth ‘mention’ in your inbox.

No one is looking for MORE COMPLEXITY.

We have enough to go around.

So why is it that most tools out there feel like they ADD rather than remove the complications?

They’re either too advanced, too confusing, or too expensive…

Or you need seven different tools to manage everything you need to do.

Then there’s the ones that actively try to take over your laptop and force you to work the way they want you to.

How about we Keep It Simple, Stupid?

Using – Or Choosing - A CRM Shouldn’t Make Your Life MORE Complicated…

ClientManager is on one mission: to make managing clients simple – the way it should be.

After all, landing new clients should be a time to celebrate. Not a time for panic attacks when you wonder how you’re going to keep five extra balls in the air.

That’s why for the past few years we’ve been working to create an affordable, clean, clutter-free CRM solution that keeps all your client shenanigans in one place…so it doesn’t feel like you’re constantly trying to herd a bunch of cats.

We’ve purpose-built it as all-in-one tool for freelancers and small teams that can easily scale with you as you grow.

And you don’t have to worry about finding three other tools to plug the gaps – ClientManager covers your full client workflow, from managing leads to processing payments, and makes it easy to keep your team in the loop without micromanaging them.

Honestly, it’s the tool we wish we’d had when we started out.

We’re not shy to say it’s a work-in-progress. Because no tool can claim to be perfect. In fact, our Roadmap is one of the features our users love – you can see exactly what we’re working on behind the scenes to add and improve features according to our users’ needs (and wants).

And that’s what makes it so much fun to be a part of.

The Difference Between ClientManager & Fusebase

Look, we don’t like nits.

So we’re not going to waste your time or ours nitpicking all the technical differences between ClientManager and Fusebase. (Honestly, we’re too busy trying to make our own product as awesome as possible).

Here’s the need-to-know:

Both ClientManager and Fusebase offer a well-rounded CRM and project management solution.

With great client portal and onboarding features, customizable forms and templates, scheduling, built-in collab tools, automations and a solid lineup of integration capabilities, either one will help you bring all the daily admin chaos in line under one roof.

So why choose one over the other?

It all depends on your needs and how much time you want to invest.

Here are the main differences that may matter to you:

Simplicity & ease of  use

While Fusebase boasts an extensive array of features, it comes with a bit of a steeper learning curve and less intuitive interface. Fusebase aims to fuse everything you’d need in a backend project management platform together with a fully-fledged client-facing CRM - and some users feel it suffers by trying to do too much, with some features not getting enough attention.

ClientManager focuses hard on being a streamlined, fluff-free solution. We prioritize the essential project management tools and CRM features that matter to small to medium sized teams who want to keep their focus on simplicity and efficiency.

Pricing & plan structure

If you’re a solopreneur, ClientManager’s Solo plan and Fusebase’s standard plan may look pretty similar at $12/month and $15/month respectively. If you happen to be a 1-client wonder, then maybe you won’t care about the differences from here.

But the moment you want to add extra users, team members and client portals, you might find Fusebase’s pricing structure becomes rather restrictive and expensive (budget an extra $20/month per client portal). Premium features like white label functionality and Fusebase AI are only available to Premium users at $40/month per user (first 3 included).

ClientManager keeps things a lot simpler and more transparent. Forget per seat pricing and feature walls - our all-inclusive plans give you access to all features. All you need to ‘calculate’ is the size of your team. No add-ons, no expensive surprises.

In a nutshell:

If you're looking for a powerful yet budget-friendly solution that's easy to implement and scales seamlessly with your business, ClientManager may just be your perfect match.

How ClientManager Helps You Get More Done With Less

ClientManager is purposefully designed to help you block out the noise and focus on what matters.
Here are few ways we’re committed to cutting the clutter:

We won't make you watch a 3-hour tutorial or book a consultant to get set up. (We’re big on 60-second walkthroughs).

We won't hold your data hostage in a million submenus.

We don’t color code to death to disguise our lack of intuitive design. Our dashboards keep things clear and actionable at a glance.

We won’t annoy you with our ‘whimsical banter.’ We know you’ve got work to do. (And you don’t need a fluffer to get it done).

We don’t expect you to shape-shift to fit with our system. It’s there to work for you.

We don’t hide our human support team behind a higher paywall (they’d get too lonely).

**Warning: Using ClientManager may result in increased free time. Use responsibly.

Still After that List of Features?

(We get it. Lists are comforting. Like kitten fluff.)

Here at ClientManager, we don’t throttle features based on budget or how many team members you’re planning to cut out of the will.

We don’t charge per seat, and you can count our pricing plans on one hand (even if you’ve lost 2 fingers). Plus, we’ll never sneak in any hidden fees or try to lure you into ‘premium’ offers.

Whichever plan you choose, you get access to all the features you and your team need, including:

He Said, She Said…

We’ve got some opinions about why users love ClientManager and what makes them choose it over other platforms like Clientjoy, Bonsai and Honeybook.

But we’d rather let them do the talking.

"Previously, we were using 4 tools JUST to manage our clients, contracts, projects, and our team.

But ClientManager makes all of it SO easy with its clean interface and user-friendly platform."

"This is the kind of structure I've always been looking for all in one place, finally!"
